Destination: Perth Part 2

Day 7
Date: 24 October 2009

Perth again. This time I was staying over for 2 nights.

I started my walk from Mount's Bay Road behind the hotel. It was quite deserted. That's because it's the weekend.

Maybe this is the business district. I'm not sure.

Bus stop.

Along William Street heading towards Swan River.

The part building in the picture above is The Esplanade.

Ferris Wheel!

That's Alf Curlewis Gardens. It looks more like a park than a garden though. Lots of trees and grass.

I didn't get on the Ferris Wheel though. It looks like it might rain as it's really cloudy that day.

That's the Swan Bells.

A bell tower is at the foot of Barrack Street, in front of the ferry wharf. The bells are from the church of St Martin-in-the-Field in London, and were a gift from the London to the people of Perth. Source: Wikitravel

Walking along Barrack Street.

Blade? Deco?

Smart for 2 advertisement. Cute!

Didn't really do much these 2 days. Just relaxing and hanging around.
